Our Qualifications Information Systems Projects and Data Mining Matthew Kroll leads the Systems Project and Data Mining activities. Before founding Krollmark Technologies, he was Manager of Programming for a major CLEC/ISP. He has over ten years Information Systems experience, including five years experience in leading Telecom computer systems projects. Matthew has developed customized software covering every aspect of Telecom and ISP operations. Matthew has built a team comprised of 10 senior software developers with direct Telecom and ISP experience. In addition, Krollmark Technologies employs Telecom and ISP functional area experts to write user documentation and perform testing of computer systems. Process Improvement, Metrics Development, and TL 9000 Darcie DiBasio, an ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer, leads this area. Before joining Krollmark Technologies, she was Director of Corporate Quality for a major CLEC, leading the TL 9000 certification effort. She has over 15 years experience in business process re-engineering, and 10 years experience in systems analysis and development. She is a member of the American Society for Quality, has lectured frequently, and has authored numerous articles and guidelines on process improvement and metrics development. Darcie's team includes 3 process improvement facilitators who are unique because they know Telecom and ISP operations in addition to being experienced facilitators and team leaders.
